RoomKnit Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (and the company you use RoomKnit for) and Sterlacci Brothers LLC, Henderson, Nevada ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RoomKnit, you agree to them.

  1. The service. RoomKnit lets a company book its meeting rooms and keep each room's calendar in sync across Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple Calendar. Features may change over time.
  2. Eligibility. Available to businesses in the United States.
  3. Your account. Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account. A workspace owner controls who is in the workspace, which calendars are connected, and who gets access to each room.
  4. Connected calendars. Connect only calendar accounts you or your company are authorized to connect. You can disconnect at any time from inside RoomKnit, or from your Google or Microsoft account settings. RoomKnit creates, changes and deletes events, and changes sharing, on the room calendars you link, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  5. Acceptable use. Don't use RoomKnit to break the law, send spam, interfere with the service, try to reach other customers' data, or violate Google's, Microsoft's or Apple's terms.
  6. Your data. You keep ownership of your content. We use it only to run RoomKnit, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  7. Beta and availability. RoomKnit is provided "as is" and may have interruptions or sync delays. Always check the room calendar for anything critical.
  8. Fees. Free during early access, and we'll give notice before any charges.
  9. Ending use. You can stop using RoomKnit at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
  10. Disclaimer and limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  11. Governing law. Nevada law applies.
  12. Changes. We'll post updates here and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll notify workspace owners.
